case study

The Organized OT had a website conversion rate of over 22% and consistently ranks in the top 5 marketplace traffic sources.

I absolutely loved working with Stephanie on her website for The Organized OT!

She creates resources for other Occupational Therapists to use in their own practices to help children all over the country!

Prior to launching her website, she had the following concerns…

“My primary marketing channel was social media. I encountered certain limitations such as character limits in each social media post. I was also always concerned about the lack of ownership I had on the social media platform itself. I was worried that my content could vanish without warning.”

She was ready to have a place online that was totally in her control and would help her generate more revenue.

After talking through website strategy and what elements were essential to have on her website, I got to work. I kept Stephanie informed each step of the way to ensure I was not only building a beautiful website that she loves, but one that her audience can easily follow through and take action. We love a strong website strategy!

The Process:

First up – Website Strategy

We scheduled a call to discuss the outline for the website, what content was important to have on it, and what was going to get her the results she wanted.

Our goals included:

  • A functioning blog to utilize Pinterest marketing better
  • Keep the website user friendly on multiple devices
  • Increase traffic to her TpT store to increase sales and revenue

After talking through website strategy and what elements were essential to have on her website, I got to work.

Second – Website Design

I provided Stephanie with an outline for the content needed for her website. Once she filled out the content and provided me with images and branding, I designed the home page. After approval of the home page, I completed the rest of the website and got ready for launch.

I kept Stephanie informed each step of the way to ensure I was not only building a beautiful website that she loves, but one that her audience can easily follow through and take action.

Last – Launch and Off-Boarding

After the website was designed and built, I connected all of the backend and migrated the site. At this point, we celebrated! It was time to show-off that new gorgeous website and start seeing her website traffic take action. In addition, I provided off-boarding video tutorials so that she could feel confident taking over the website after launch.

“I absolutely love my website. My website is user-friendly, clean and easy to navigate and performs well across various devices and browsers. Kelsey took the time to understand my brand, color scheme and goals for my website. Every element of my website from the layout, picture placement and use of branding was well thought out and exceeded my website expectations!”

The Results:

By designing a website with a blog, The Organized OT now has a platform to rely on to promote her products and drive more sales.

“I am delighted to share that my website consistently ranks in the top 5 marketplace traffic sources for my Teachers Pay Teachers store. Last month, my website had a conversion rate of over 22% on Teachers Pay Teachers!”

We love a strong website strategy that gets results!

It was so wonderful to work with Stephanie on this project! Here’s what she had to say:

“Kelsey took the time to understand my goals, my brand and what I was looking for. Kelsey was always very responsive and shared ideas which made my website standout. If you’re looking for a website designer who is knowledgeable, supportive, creative and committed to delivering outstanding results, I highly recommend Kelsey! I wish I had hired her years ago!”
